I decided that I wanted to make myself a new hat for this year. I went with a pattern that I know I like from Moogly Blog. It can be found at Free Pattern: All Grown Up Striped Slouch Hat (mooglyblog.com)

I chose grey and black, since those are the colors I found when I was looking through my yarn, and they match the black jacket I usually wear. I’ll probably make the matching arm warmers and cowl next. I’ll add pictures when I get them done.

I like how the colors are looking right now. I’m also looking forward to having the arm warmers completed, since I’ve been freezing lately.
